SENIOR ARCHITECTS:
This full time position will involve participation in all phases of design and
project management as well as production of complete sets of construction documents
and construction details as needed for design of large-scale commercial projects.
Person must be capable of managing primary aspects of studio operation and employees
for a variety of projects. Proficient in detailing and organizing construction
documents and acquainted with all phases of design and construction. Long term
growth opportunity. Cad experience is NOT a requirement for this position.
Requirements:At least 10+ years of experience. Set-up and maintain
CAD drawings for each project. Project scheduling and management for a variety
of projects. Production of schematic, design development and construction documents, including construction details. Meeting and coordination with client and
consultants. Knowledge and implementation of Codes. Manage production, design
staff and consultants. Strong oral and written communication skills. Overseeing
and Managing Construction Administration
JUNIOR ARCHITECT:
Minimum 5 years experience in preparation of construction drawings and details. Proficient in Acad 2010 Desktop and Revit. Adobe Suite and Sketch-Up is a plus. Must have a Professional Degree - Bachelor of Architecture. Ideal applicant should be familiar with our work and has a strong interest in commercial and retail architecture. We value team members that have a strong understanding of the craft of drawing and design. For this position applicant must be self motivated, disciplined and comfortable in ALL phases of document production, with a good eye for presentation design and detailing. SENIOR DESIGNER:
Large Scale Retail Experience A+. Master planning, shopping center development, lifestyle centers, open air centers and mall renovations. Some hospitality and miscellaneous projects. Must be able to produce high quality presentations and renderings.)
